Cancellation Policy (Your Right to Cancel)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (“cooling‑off period”).
1. Cancellation Period

Starts the day after you (or a third party you nominate) receives your goods.

Ends after 14 days.
Example:
If you receive your slippers on 1 August, you have until 15 August to cancel.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or our online form). You can use the sample form below, but it’s not mandatory.

3. Effects of Cancellation

Refunds: We will reimburse you all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Return of Goods:

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of your cancellation.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (unless we agree to cover it).

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.

How We Refund: We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Exclusions & Deductions

If the value of the goods is diminished by your handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may deduct for loss in value.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is sooner.
