5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Is unused and in original packaging

• Has not been worn or damaged

• Includes all tags or seals intact

Note: Personalised items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable, unless faulty.
