Accepted Payment Methods

To provide a smooth and secure checkout experience, Cloudfeet accepts the following payment methods:

  • Shop Pay

  • Other locally supported gateways, as available at checkout

Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through trusted and encrypted third-party gateways. We do not store any payment information on our servers. All transactions comply with PCI DSS and industry-standard security protocols.

Payment Authorization and Capture

Payment authorisation takes place at the time of your order. Depending on the payment method and processing partner, the charge may be captured immediately or upon dispatch of the order. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your payment is successfully processed.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£) for UK customers. Currency conversion fees may apply if using an international payment method.

Failed Payments or Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, you will be notified during checkout. You may retry the transaction or choose an alternative payment method. Orders with unresolved payment issues will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
