At Cloudfeet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

To request a return, please contact us at support@cloudfeet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, please:

  1. Return the original purchase

  2. Place a new order separately


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference and stock availability.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
