We accept returns on eligible footwear within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK and EU consumer rights.
To Qualify for a Return
- 
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

Must include original packaging (e.g., shoe box or protective bag)
 - 
You must contact us before sending the item back

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Items marked as final sale

Customised or personalised products

Used or visibly worn footwear
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect
 
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging
 
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please:

Return the original item for a refund
