Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible footwear within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK and EU consumer rights.


To Qualify for a Return

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (e.g., shoe box or protective bag)

  • You must contact us before sending the item back

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Used or visibly worn footwear


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order separately
