We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Options and Times

We offer the following delivery service:

• Standard Tracked Delivery – 4 to 8 business days (approximately 5 to 10 calendar days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, bank holidays, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on promotions or offers.

• Standard Delivery: from £2.95

• Free shipping may be available during promotional offers.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
